I've tagged version 0.3.1 of #livi (a little video player targeting #LinuxMobile): https://gitlab.gnome.org/guidog/livi/-/tags/v0.3.1

It mostly happened because I forgot to update the metainfo for 0.3.0 (which makes us look outdated on #flathub) . But there's one change still: livi now supports surface suspend so saves CPU cycles when the window is occluded (if the Wayland compositor supports it (#phosh will support that from 0.45. onwards).
