Also Dutch people should finally realise that the word "pin" means something completely different in English. 📌

@Oskar456 So people from abroad who might only have a credit card or homeless people, who might not have a bank account at all, will not get back any money?

@benedikt correct. Same story for NS operated reverse vending machines at train stations which only support refunding money via an app called Tikkie. That app supports only IBANs starting with NL, despite the SEPA agreement which says that all eurozone IBANs are equal.
