I'm so happy to see our neighbour on the ice with a hockey stick. He used to play for the Romanian national ice hockey team and I always find it amazing how these guys have a feeling for whether the ice is good or not. Nobody has ventured onto the ice after just one week of frost but him, although it's been very cold here, and sadly it's supposed to thaw slowly from tomorrow.
