As a chronic pain sufferer who's done all the things, I'm here to tell you there isn't much that works for other types/sites of pain either. Don't get me started on opioids which are now all but inaccessible for those who really need them.

I'm not what you might call in prime condition, I'm 68 years old & I have #HealthIssues. I am a #HeartAttack and #TripleBypass Surgery survivor back in 2018, left with a #HeartCondition.
I have #ChronicKidneyDisease coupled with a troublesome #Prostate that interferes with my #Bladder meaning I have a permanent #Catheter.
My #BloodPressure can get a little out of whack, I can also fall into #Anxiety or #Depression but not like I used to. Finally I have #Arthritis at the base of my Spine.

I admit defeat today.
My body is broken and trying to do anything is like wading through knee deep mud.
It has taken me 20 minutes to take a bag of recycling out to the garden - normally a 3 minute job.
I'm going to put food in the oven, then get changed into my pjs while food is cooking.
Its not often I have a day just staring at the TV, but I think that is my plan for the afternoon.
This is a level of fatigue that I really don't want.
