Please stop having more energy than me
ME: I get wiped out anytime I try to move
THEM: Have you tried moving more?
CVS keeps asking for my birthday. Guys, I think they're throwing me a party this year.
Hey everyone, I am alive and well, for the most part. My new job is a lot on me physically and mentally. I did save up enough to see a dentist for a cleaning. I'm going to need to go for a follow up to get my wisdom teeth extracted. they'll remove the two that's surfaced, but there's one very crooked one that I'll need cut out as it's still under the gums.
Any who, that's one update. I'll post another update in this thread as a follow up!
Disability is not a moral failing. It’s not a punishment. It’s not karma.
It’s part of the human experience. Our bodies are frail, and given enough time most people will experience disability.
The idea that we’re lazy, choosing not to “try hard” or want to be sick is a fallacy born out of ableism.

Words can't describe how I feel right now, but number can 0/10
I just finished writing a novel rooted in mythology, pop culture, and my lived experience as a blind, chronically ill writer (ESKD, celiac, diabetes). It’s heartfelt, weird, and full of emotion.
I’m now looking for beta readers or editors—especially fellow LGBTQIA+ and disabled creatives!
Help me make it shine.

THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE RECEPTIONIST: Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, why are you doing this to me?
