Die Tagesplanung wird, wie hier gestern, von mehreren Eilanträgen zerschossen?</p><p>Kein Problem. 🙈 Dann wird das schriftliche Gutachten für die Gerichtsverhandlung morgen (das sog. „Votum“) am Abend geschrieben. Und im Zivilprozess können die Parteien das Gericht sogar "zwingen", über einen fiktiven Sachverhalt zu entscheiden, indem sei einfach nicht vortragen, was wirklich passiert ist. </p><p>Von daher: kaum etwas ist so relativ, wie die Wahrheit vor Gericht.
