A curious Jirachi birthed from spacedust who came to earth one day. She satiated her inquisitive nature through observing species and lives on the planet, unlike her kin who sleep for eons. However, she is not free from the rare instance of her eye opening, which is a source of great dread for her. Wish-granting causes her great pain, her psychic abilities not entirely in-tune with her earth siblings where it is typically a source of joy. Her miracle eye contains countless pupils, each a mark of every wish she has granted to those vying for something richer, something greater.

Now she tends to cover the eye to dissuade use, long acclimating to life on earth and creating her own little niche in a secluded garden with smaller pokemon as her friends. She keeps to herself mostly, except for the rare excursion into human dwellings where she still fulfills her curiosity in the safety of the shadows.

Within the past couple years, she met an impish Gliscor who has inspired her to come out of her shell more.
