As a scientist this makes me angry (and I am not the only one). And with some insight (via colleagues) into RWTH as well I am not at all surprised. This fundamental issue is a "secret" well known to anyone interested, but the article contains welcome concrete details. I hope for changes although I doubt the RWTH is able to do that on its own and I am curious if any public interest makes this too inconvenient for the state government (which surely knew these matters).
